Florida's Gulfarium re-opened it's doors on April 9, 2005 for the first time since Hurricane Ivan hit in September 2004. The park was not devistated but it was damaged from the high winds, flooding and the large amount of sand that was brought in from Ivan. It has taken us 7 months to clean-up and repair the damages.

We would like to thank everyone who helped us get through this difficult time. Especially those who volunteered to give us endless hours of physical labor and time that helped get our park back into shape. We thank you all from the bottom of our hearts!
