Take a Tour of Florida's Gulfarium! A little about us...
Florida's Gulfarium opened in 1955 and is the oldest continuously operated marine show aquarium in the world!
It was the desire to share those wonders with others that prompted Brandy Siebenaler, a marine research scientist, to open Florida's Gulfarium in 1955. Siebenaler was a pioneering researcher, discovering new life forms in the Gulf of Mexico and remaining on the cutting-edge of marine mammal science. He was never one for the spotlight, instead keeping the focus on the sea and it's wonders. Siebenaler's advanced work in marine science has ever been underappreciated and little noticed.
Florida's Gulfarium lies on a sun drenched beachfront of the Gulf of Mexico. Our visitors can explore our park's attractions in approximately 2 hours and may stay into the early evening hours to enjoy a spectacular view of a gorgeous sunset.
